SMU Sports Bash @ Gotham Penthouse on 17th Apr
before i tell bout the party, i must talk bout tis damn solid ramen restaurant at central (the new mall bside clarke quay). went for dinner at this ramen place with gab, cl and quee. i went in with no expectations, thinking it'll be another ramen place in singapore. we got our seats and i looked around. there were quite a num of japanese families dining in. then i thought, the ramen must be quite authentic or yummylicious. our ramen came. we started eating. the taste and fragrance of the soup is mindblowing. thou the soup n charsiew MAY be a little too saltish for some, but its really good to me and the 4 of us. only after i finish my noodles, quee told me they haf those fried garlic which goes wif the noodles real well. ...................................................... DAMN! now im determined to go back there in a week or two. i'll order the spring onion n egg ramen. den i'll get the bottle of fried garlic and pour it into my ramen. WOOOOO HAHHA. *ahem* excuse me. i get turned on by fried garlic. ................................. fried garlic? okay i take dat back. im gonna sound lyk a weirdo if i dun take it back. HAHA. i give the restaurant 3.5/5!
back to the main agenda, the sports bash started at 10.15. the students and profs starred in a skit bout the protectors of GOTHAM CITY. its lame but its kinda cool considering the profs actually mix ard wif the students and acted wif em in this skit. after the skit, we got ourselves a table at a secluded corner. we ordered a bottle of vodka and cranberry as our mixer. and apparently our order was screwed up. we got a bottle of chivas instead. but i find the waiteress quite dumb. WHO ORDERS CHIVAS AND CRANBERRY as mixer. OBVIOUSLY we din order chivas. *rolls eyes* 1 word DUMB. (Please insert racist comment) so we ordered an additional tonic water. at first no one dared t try chivas n cranberry cuz its definitely a hella weird concoction. of course i was first t try. hahah. and i nva regret trying it. cuz we all agree that its one of the most potent drinks we've tried. reason being there aint no chivas taste. it tastes lyk cranberry juice. but trust me. the chivas is in there. hahaha. u'll get tipsy b4 u even noe it. gab's fren, lester (or was it dexter?) came not long later. we played 5-10. and i din noe i cld play it so well. hahaha. i made gab drink a hell lot. cuz he was sitting beside me. in fact. all of them drank alot except me. hahaha. i wun say im good. i'd say quee sucks at calling number. hahaha. after all dat drinking and laughing, we went t the dance floor. its been a long time since i've clubbed. really missed it alot. thou no more strong alcohol for me. i had enuff of those. hahah. after dancing a while, we came back for more drinks and got another btl of vodka and played more 5-10. actually they had more drinks since they lost more. hahha. went back t the dance floor. den went back t play 5-10. this time we had lotsa ppl. belinda, madeline, JS, melvin and that other gurl (forgot her name) joined in. we had 9 ppl playing. once again. i din hafta drink much. hahaha. we left the place at bout 3am. and once again. belinda was drunk. hahaha. i remember the last time we clubbed wif her. she was drunk too. hahaha.
its been a long time since i've gotten so high. it must be lotsa laughing + alcohol. hahaha. usually just alcohol dun make me high. it just gives me the ouchies in my tummy. we really felt great. lyk even after we get high. we're still able to walk straight, talk sensible and most importantly feel goooood. hahaha. SMU sports bash is always fun.

no time no time. no time t blog. goodness where shld i start. hmmm.. lets see.......
went out wif edmund, jon, zhiguang, jeremy and trevor for dinner last friday. we went crystal jade la mian & xiao long bao place. its been a long time since we all met up. my 1st batch of Auxilary Staff. still the best. after dinner we went t heeren t walk b4 jeremy left for his unit cohesion. the remaining of us went for KTV. they said i shld go join some singing competition. hahah. they're nt the first. but i always think im nt good enuff. maybe cuz i always tink of being the best if i enter a singing competition. i guess its time t go join some funky competition. even if i cant win. i'll get experience. we left the place at 12.30. i went alvin's fren's pub along boat quay after dat. sat ard wif em till 2 b4 i head home.
kas is in the states already. gosh. gonna be quite activityless for a while. but dats all cool. cuz WoW interest is back. so im cool wif bummin' ard at hm. anyways. i'll blog bout my trip t gotham penthouse and zouk in a days' or two. no more alcohol for a week man. oh and this too, if u guys wanna drink a potent yet fruity drink. drink CRANBERRY CHIVAS. trust me. if u lyk cranberry juice. u'll lyk this drink. it tastes exactly lyk cranberry. cant taste t chivas. nw THATS the potent part. u'll b tipsy b4 u even noe it. hahah.

Me, my friends and Us
29th march - mahjong! lost some money. but it was all cool. it was sorta.. EXPECTED.
30th march - MAHJONG @ ben's house with ben, tin,trac! i won i won. but i forgot how much i won. bout $8 plus?
31st march - watched The Number 23 at The Cathay with kas, ken, ben, innyi and trac. wasnt that bad. the kinda show i expected. but i just felt the show lacked something. i dunno what but i tink it needed a twist better than that. a twist which has more impact and more unpredictable. somehow i felt the story could be a better. i'll give it 2.5/5. after movie, we went oosh bar at dempsey road. finally i get t go there. nxt we shall crash ps cafe. gab said hacienda serves nice lemon drops n waterfall. sounds yummy lol. but its been a long time since i took strong alcohol. doubt my body can take it nw.
1st april - its APRIL FOOLS' DAY. and Mahjong tiles played a big trick on trac. she only won once. but oh well. i tink i saw it coming. she got pissed wif her tiles and dat was it. down down down. never lose faith in your tiles. if u do, then good tiles will never come to u. anyways i won $17. and tin won $6 plus. my biggest winnings ever in mahjong. and we were playing only 10 cents 20 cents. all thanks to my bamboo buddies.
2nd april - extremely tired day. i was driving almost the whole day. i visited 4 camps excluding my own. nee soon, maju, clementi and stagmont. pretty much explained why i slpt at 7.30pm.
3rd april - went out wif my bung bung, gab and joe. its been so long since we've met. we went bugis for dinner. had LAI LAI beef noodles. was craving for it since last weekend. after satisfying my cravings, we went t pool junction t play pool. i sucked bad. too much fusbol (table soccer) in camp. we went t geylang for dessert after pool. we had YONG HE DOU JIANG! actually we ate the dou hua. chit chat till bout 12.15am b4 returning home.
4th april - FINALLY. my Head Prestige returns to my hand. tennis at long last. the last time i played was roughly 5 months back? well i wasnt playing too badly. played wif gab, joe n ree. we played till 8.30pm den we (except joe) went chomp chomp for dinner. let me raise an issue here. whats wif the posters of the woman wif oral cancer. its just ridiculous that they paste it on the walls of a FOOD CENTRE. i know they are trying to scare the smokers. but i tink they should spare a thought for the non smokers. and it really kills one's appetite with that picture. i tink this action taken by the government is too extreme. honestly, if they really want people to quit smoking, they should just ban imports of cigarettes. but being how our government is, thats impossible. its just too much revenue lost if they do that.
i tink mahjong tonite again. gosh. mahjong craze. sighs. WHERE IS MY CAMP PASS?! PLEASE COME BACK TO PAPA! ME ME!
